A hidden gem, Leatherneck Steakhouse is located on the 12th floor of the Marines' Memorial Club & Hotel. The restaurant serves dinner Tuesday through Saturday nights with live piano music in a very romantic ambiance with candlelight and a stunning view of downtown San Francisco and Union Square. The food is gourmet contemporary American cuisine with a good offering of steaks and seafood and at least one vegetarian alternative. Sides and desserts are amazing. There is an extensive wine list and a full bar.

It was $10 if I recall correctly.

There are a decent amount of lots and garages nearby, but you probably won't find free parking unless it's after 6pm...

In theory they can... But as Mark said, call the restaurant and make sure to make your reservation

Happy hour is 4-6pm if I remember correctly. Small bar, though, and I don't recall there being a great set of happy hour deals or such. Good place to eat regardless of h. h. deals. Note the business casual (or better) dress code, which I found was enforced in the bar (I was staying in the hotel, so easy to remedy, but if you're visiting you'll want to be prepared)
